What makes a good map

* Attractive
    * Use a different base layer
    * cloudlayer.com
    * GMaps styled map wizard
* Readable
* Interactive
* Fast
    * Use a CDN
    * Don't pass through too much data
    * Don't use too many polygons (draw shapes on the server and send flat images to the map, if possible)

They have a bunch of points, for each point they define arbitrary clusters.
